Indonesian state-owned rolling stock manufacturer PT Industri Kereta Api (INKA) and Perencana Dingin Sdn Bhd signs a license agreement for technical support and local manufacturing of rolling stock air conditioner system in Jakarta on Monday 26 August 2019. Through the signing of this agreement, Perencana Dingin will establish the first manufacturing center in Malaysia for the rolling stock refrigeration unit. This facility will be equipped with production, testing, inventories and after sales capability to its customer in Malaysia and neighboring countries.

Perencana Dingin Sdn Bhd (PDSB) has endeavoured to ensure the reliability of its products and services based on extensive experiences and technology in the air conditioning. Furthermore, an effective Quality Management System has been established, giving our utmost priority for Customer Satisfaction and Quality.
The fundamental Quality Management Policy of PDSB, to provide better products and services to our customers, is as follows:
- To minimize quality risk through preventive activities
- To secure competitiveness in technology and quality of air conditioners
- To strengthen core competencies through advanced knowledge management
Each department should establish result oriented quality objectives based on the Quality Management Policy, while doing its best to fulfil these objectives.
Furthermore, PDSB will fully support sufficient resources as required.
